Tom Scheeres

Hello, my name is Tom Scheeres, and fishing has been a constant thread throughout my life. It all began about 50 years ago when, at the age of ten, I went fishing for the first time with my grandfather in the Amsterdam Forest. My grandfather was an avid carp and pike angler, so it’s no surprise that I inherited his passion. This is how my carp fishing journey started, and I pursued it for over 40 years. In Germany, France, and, of course, the Netherlands, I have had the privilege of catching some of the most beautiful fish.

In 2015, I decided to say goodbye to carp fishing and fully focus on pike, zander, and perch. In 2019, I bought my own fishing boat. Two years ago, I came up with the idea to share my passion and knowledge with anyone who would enjoy it, and that’s how Fishing Adventures was born. I hope to welcome you soon to join me on a fishing adventure!
